Step 1

Meeting

We hold an initial non-binding meeting.
Step 2

Analysis

Based on mutual agreement, we run a 1–4-week analysis at your place of business.
Step 3

Team selection

Based on the analysis and needs (problems) detected, we choose an erudite team of people to form a strategy we then present to you.
Step 4

Appointing a manager

After approving and signing a strategy agreement, an erudite manager will be presented to you to implement the negotiated strategy.
Step 5

Reports and surveillance

The manager sends regular reports to our company (selected team) and the team we selected makes sure that all specified procedures are adhered to, further working with the outcomes so that the plan is followed.
Step 6

Implementation

The manager stays in place for 3–6 months depending on the company’s needs.
Step 7

Inspection

A follow-up inspection is a matter of course.
